These are just to name a few. When we are fuelling our bodies with proper, whole food nutrition we show up differently in the world. We have more clarity and can think better, make better decisions in our life, have the energy to exercise (which in itself gives us more energy when we exercise), more energy to play with our kids, and overall feel vibrant and healthy.
There are so many fad diets out there and it all becomes way too confusing and restrictive.
Restriction really is setting one up to fail and will have you craving more unhealthy choices (remember its ok to splurge a little), and often results in your not seeing the results you hoped for.
