Banana Gluten free pancakes

Ingredients:

2 Eggs

1 Ripe Banana

1 packet vanilla vegan protein 


Method:

1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth

2. Grease a non stick fry pan with coconut oil or organic butter

    bring to a low / medium temperature

3. spoon mixture into desired size

4. Flip when they slide easily and are golden


Serve with your favourite berries and drizzle with maple syrup
